Dalia Moniat has specialized in legal design in the complex regulatory environment of the digital sector – including intellectual property law, IT law and the latest developments in AI law. With her unique combination of creativity and playfulness and her multidisciplinary approach to key technologies, she is able to break down barriers and hurdles in the complexly regulated technology environment and counter the complex regulatory thicket with practical measures. After working in the legal department of Beiersdorf, a public sector in-house consultancy, and a strategic consulting position in a Hamburg-based creative agency, Dalia is now at Aitava to grow together with the law firm and do pioneering work in tech consulting.
